Push Jerks 3-3-3-3-3

Then 3 rounds for time of:
10 KB Swings 1.5/1
10 Sit-ups
10 Knees-Elbows

8 a.m. is just too dang early to pick up heavy stuff. I got stuck at 105 on the push jerks. 4:02 for the wod. I watched everyone else and realized that my sit ups are veeeeery slow, something else to work on. but it looks like my knees are making it up to my elbows... umm, thanks for that picture, keith?
