Today's WOD

Front Squats 5-5-5-5-5
Then 3 rounds for time of:
10 Walking Lunges
15 Ball Slams 20/14
20 Sit-ups

I'm sure there were others, but I know Susan, Lauren, and Kim all PR'd today. Nice!

Congrats to Josh for that 3 rep 285front squat. In layman's terms, folks, that's a lotta weight.

5 reps get heavy fast for sure.
My 1 rep max is 225 but 205 tonight felt HEAVY!!!

3.44 for the met-con I believe.

Tonight was fun. Great crowd tonight and lots of positive energy.

Lots of impressive numbers put up tonight! I have a love/hate relationship with heavy days. They challenge me like nothing else! But man is it empowering to lift something heavy. ;)
