Nice work, everyone.

Hey, I picked up someone's camera cord, thinking it was mine. Will return it tomorrow.

Thanks for helping me with the lift technique. My back hurts. Also, thanks for taking that photo (#4) of the back of my head. I will give myself a haircut tomorrow...nasty!

Thanks Jen and Keith for a fun workout.

I felt very uncoordinated and not like myself so I did not do as well as I should have. I will have to credit that to my extremely stressful couple of days this week.

135-155-165-165-175(1)

My 1 rep max was 175 a year ago.

I think my met-con was 4 minutes. It's funny how much harder the weighted situps are when you don't anchor your feet.

105-115-125-130 failed

I got into the squat at 130 but couldnt get up. Stupid clean got into my head.

Great job everyone!

My first time doing Heavy Clean and Jerks. Only clean and jerk WOD ever was a scaled Grace at 95 lbs. I had real difficulties catching the clean in the squat position and my back was quite tight as well as sore wrists. That being said; i was very happy to get through the lifts.

135 - 155 - 165 - 175 - 185 (pr)
previous pr was 95 lbs with power clean instead of squat clean

This was my first time doing heavy clean and jerks too. I feel very comfortable with both lifts but had never combined them. I thought the clean was going to be the tough part but I struggled more getting it over my head.

I cant remember if I was actually able to get it locked out.
