Today's WOD

"Cardio Gone Bad"
Double Unders
Row (calories)
Burpees
Shuttle Run 100 ft.
Mountain Climbers R/L = 1

1 minute at each station with a continuously running clock. All 5 stations equal one round.
3 rounds. 1 minute rest between each round.

I was a little skeptical about this workout but i actually enjoyed it. Definitely a puffer but good way to start the day. Great work everyone at 8! Be safe this weekend

I love the picture where you can just make out Alan in the background just "hanging out" on the rower. I love that someone was smart enough to just not row! But my personal favorite is the one of the Parker (the 7 year old red head) doing box jumps. Keith was nice enough to let Parker do the WOD with me on Thursday. He had a blast and has had even more fun telling EVERYONE that he beat me. The sad part is, he really did beat me ... i didn't let him win! Thanks for putting the pic on, Keith ... it made parker's day. Enjoy the snow today!!
