After a night of good food, beer, cake, and up until 3am this WOD kicked my butt. I did feel much better after though so thanks Keith. 18 and change on this one with 75lb OHS and 28in box jumps.
Looks like a good one. Wish I could have been there. Is anyone feeling the effects from yesterday? Ouch! Had every intention of coming to the 10am today but wimped out due to soreness. A big thank you to my friend who talked me into using 65lbs for yesterday's WOD. I won't mention any names (let's just say it rhymes with “MY" ). . . And I see that YOU had no problem coming back today. Well done then! ;)
Man makers and overhead squats (with only a 25# load) were killers for me, but liked this workout in spite of my pain. However, I may not have worked hard enough to offset the huge bowl of ice cream I just consumed. Oh well, it WAS cherry chocolate chip!
Katherine, great rope climb. In spite of my desire, the ring remains elusive.
I am defintely taking MONDAY OFF - thanks Keith for making me feel Saturday and Sundays workout bigtime. Will need Monday to recover. Thanks Brandon, Susan and Kathryn for helping me get thru those last pulls on the rowing - 500m seemed so very far away....

Diana, Don't let her fool you, she was in pain. She had to modify this workout and do step ups instead of box jumps because her back was sore and tight. Glad to see a good group of folks at the 2pm workout.
Brandon and Katherine, sorry we missed you Saturday night. I think we both fell asleep around 9 on the couch. We won the tournament but it was a tiring day for sure.
