Today's WOD

4 Rounds
Wall ball 20/14
SDLHP 1.5/1 pood
Push press 65/45
Sit ups

Each station lasts one minute. There is a 30 sec break in between stations and a 1 minute break in between rounds. Tally total number of reps on each station for final score.
