I feel very comfortable with both lifts but had never combined them. I had real difficulties catching the clean in the squat position and my back was quite tight as well as sore wrists. I felt ...</title><content type='html'>Thanks Jen and Keith for a fun workout.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I felt very uncoordinated and not like myself so I did not do as well as I should have.  I will have to credit that to my extremely stressful couple of days this week.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;135-155-165-165-175(1)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My 1 rep max was 175 a year ago.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think my met-con was 4 minutes.
